Ongoing Season of Shows and Concerts. From October to June.
The Local Theatre of Utrera was built in 1887 by Enrique de la Cuadra, whose name was given to the theatre.
The City Council of Utrera acquired the property in June 1985, in compliance with the uirió el inmueble en junio de 1985, acogiéndose al Programa de Rehabilitación de Teatros Públicos de las Consejerías de Obras Públicas y de Cultura de la Junta de Andalucía (a Andalusian program to reestablish public theatres). The architect responsible for the redesign was Juan Ruesga Navarro. When the redesigned finished in 1993, the theatre was open to the public, showing to them one of the biggest stages of Andalucía.
It is an italian-inspired theatre, with a good distribution of the stage and the chamber, creating an space full of art, culture and leisure.

Furthermore, the usage of the theatre facilities by local sociocultural stakeholders recommends the establishment of regulations that allow the proper usage and operation of the theatre:
