PEOPLE WHO MUST USE THE E-OFFICE:
Furthermore, we recall that it must be taken into account that the following people must do the procedures through electronic means of any administrative procedure:

a) Legal entities.

b) Entities without legal personality.

c) Those practicing a professional activity that requires mandatory membership in a professional colegiación (association), for the procedures and actions they carry out with Public Administrations in the exercise of that professional activity. In any case, this group shall include notaries and property and mercantile registrars.

d) Those representing an interested party who is obligated to interact electronically with the Administration.

e) Public Administration employees for the procedures and actions they carry out with them by reason of their status as public employees, as determined by the regulations of each Administration.

Sistema Cl@ve
Sistema Cl@ve is an app/ website that allows citizens to simplify the electronic acess to the public services. It is a platform for identification, authentication and electronic signing.
There are two types of systems you could use to identify yourself: based on keys (providing your name and password) or using digital certificate.
In addition, there are two types of keys:
- Cl@ve PIN: consists on a password which is limited through time, meaning it will expire when you use it. It is normally used by citizens that access occasionally to the services.
- Cl@ve Permanente: consists on a permanent password, used by day-to-day users and reinforced with single-use keys provided through SMS.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATING IN THE ELECTRONIC OFFICE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF UTRERA
For the electronic office to run correctly, your computer must have the following components installed:
- Plug-in of Java, minimum 1.6.0.14 (*)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Mozilla firefox 4 or higher (only this browser works on Linux), Internet explorer 8 or higher, or Google Chrome 79 or higher
- Autofirma (electronic signature user)
(*) Problems may occur if multiple versions of Java coexist on the same machine.
Versions other than those mentioned are not certified for the correct operation of the platform.
The browser must have JavaScript support enabled, as it is necessary for the execution of the signature client.
AUTOFIRMA
In order to carry out any procedure that requires the electronic signature of a document, it is essential to have correctly installed and configured the app of AUTOFIRMA published by the Government of Spain and available for download on the SARA Network (links available at the top of this page).
CERTIFICADO DIGITAL (DIGITAL CERTIFICATE)
Furthermore, in order to benefit from all the possibilities offered by this system, citizens must possess a natural person digital certificate issued by the FNMT (Spanish Royal Mint) (the same one used with other administrations, such as Social Security to obtain work history records or the Tax Agency for online tax returns) or an DNI electrónico. These digital certificates guarantee the legality of online transactions and allow documents to be signed electronically, granting them legal validity.

For your internet browser to establish a secure connection with the Electronic Office of the Utrera City Council, it is necessary to install the trusted root certificate of the FNMT for Public Administration certificates. RECOMMENDED SOFTWARE FOR OPERATING IN THE ELECTRONIC OFFICE
All the software required by users of the Electronic Office of the City Council of Utrera is free of charge. The necessary elements depend on the configuration of the device (Computer, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.) you use. If you experience access issues, we recommend considering a review of your equipment by your IT service or hardware provider.
The Electronic Office works with any browser and/or operating system; however, it incorporates an authentication and signature component based on Java technology, which does apply certain restrictions—only for those features of the site that require user authentication or digital signature processes.
