{"id":61129,"date":"2025-09-16T09:03:40","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T08:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.utrera.org\/?p=61129"},"modified":"2025-09-16T09:03:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T08:03:40","slug":"cliente-ligero-servicios-sociales-utrera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.utrera.org\/en\/cliente-ligero-servicios-sociales-utrera\/","title":{"rendered":"El Ayuntamiento simplifica los tr\u00e1mites de Servicios Sociales gracias al sistema de \u201cCliente Ligero\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La delegaci\u00f3n municipal de Servicios Sociales ha recibido la respuesta positiva de la Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Digital para poner en marcha un <strong>sistema que supondr\u00e1 un cambio importante en la forma de atender a los usuarios del servicio<\/strong>, ya que desde ahora se podr\u00e1n consultar directamente los datos de otras administraciones en los procedimientos de solicitud de ayudas econ\u00f3micas y en las convocatorias de programas de empleo por exclusi\u00f3n social a trav\u00e9s del denominado <strong>\u201cCliente Ligero\u201d. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aunque todav\u00eda no est\u00e1n habilitados todos los servicios solicitados, esta primera fase supone un avance significativo, ya que<strong> permite a los profesionales de Servicios Sociales acceder a informaci\u00f3n esencial sin que los usuarios tengan que aportar una gran cantidad de documentaci\u00f3n y papeleo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">N<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o es solo un avance tecnol\u00f3gico, en la pr\u00e1ctica significa que una <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">persona<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">demande alguna de las ayudas que se prestan desde Servicios Sociales, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ya no tendr\u00e1 que <strong>recorrer oficinas ni reunir montones de <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>papeles<\/strong>. A<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">dem\u00e1s, para los trabajadores municipales, supone disponer de los datos al momento, lo que se traduce en menos esperas y en una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">cercana<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La delegada de Servicios Sociales, Alba Padilla, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ha destacado <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">lo que representa este cambio, \u201c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">on el <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">liente <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">igero <strong>damos un salto de calidad en la forma de atender a la <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>gente<\/strong>. No<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> hablamos solo de inform\u00e1tica o de ordenadores, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sino de que<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> una persona en situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil pueda resolver un tr\u00e1mite sin pasar por un calvario de papeles. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Q<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ueremos que la burocracia, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">aunque necesaria,<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> deje de ser una barrera y que los <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">S<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ervicios <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">S<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ociales est\u00e9n, de verdad, al servicio de las personas\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">P<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">adilla ha se\u00f1alado que se intentar\u00e1 ampliar los servicios que se prestan bajo esta modalidad para que \u201ccada <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">tr\u00e1mite sea m\u00e1s sencillo, m\u00e1s
