Ayuntamiento en Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, de fecha veinticuatro de mayo de dos mil diecinueve, adopt\u00f3, entre otros, , el siguiente acuerdo:\u00a0<strong>PUNTO 4\u00ba.-(EXPTE. 306\/2019).- PROPUESTA DE LA DELEGACI\u00d3N DE PARTICIPACI\u00d3N CIUDADANA Y SOLIDARIDAD, RELATIVA A \u201cCONCESI\u00d3N DE SUBVENCIONES A ENTIDADES PRIVADAS SIN \u00c1NIMO DE LUCRO (ONG\u2019S)\u201d. RESOLUCI\u00d3N PROVISIONAL. APROBACI\u00d3N.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan lo indicado en la base decimosexta de las Bases reguladoras de la\u00a0<strong>CONVOCATORIA PARA LA CONCESI\u00d3N DE AYUDAS A PROYECTOS DE COOPERACI\u00d3N AL DESARROLLO Y AYUDA HUMANITARIA 2019<\/strong>\u00a0y de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 45 b) y 82, de la Ley 39\/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Com\u00fan de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas, se concede a los interesados, relacionados en el Anexo I, el tr\u00e1mite de audiencia por plazo de diez d\u00edas, contados desde la publicaci\u00f3n del presente en el tabl\u00f3n de edictos municipal en el que los interesados:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Deber\u00e1n comunicar su aceptaci\u00f3n mediante el modelo 2 de los formularios de la convocatoria firmado por el representante legal de la entidad o agrupaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo se entender\u00e1 que los solicitantes que hagan uso de la reformulaci\u00f3n prevista en el art\u00edculo 27 de la LGS, aceptan la subvenci\u00f3n por la cantidad se\u00f1alada en la propuesta de resoluci\u00f3n provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Respecto de aquellos solicitantes que figuren propuestos para ser subvencionados en la Propuesta de Resoluci\u00f3n Provisional, por una cantidad inferior a la solicitada y no hagan uso de la reformulaci\u00f3n prevista en el base decimonovena de la Convocatoria, se mantendr\u00e1 el contenido de la solicitud inicial, debiendo en este caso aportar directamente o por financiaci\u00f3n de terceros la diferencia entre la cantidad solicitada y la cantidad concedida<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la Base Decimooctava. Reformulaci\u00f3n de proyectos, cuando el importe de la subvenci\u00f3n de la propuesta de resoluci\u00f3n provisional sea inferior al que figura en la solicitud presentada, la entidad tendr\u00e1 un plazo de 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para reformular, contados a partir del d\u00eda siguiente a la publicaci\u00f3n de la Propuesta de Resoluci\u00f3n Provisional, identificando de entre las actuaciones propuestas aqu\u00e9llas cuyo compromiso mantiene.
